I created the Harmony Leadership Lab because I kept noticing something.
So many good people in the Maryville and Knoxville area are carrying a lot.
Responsibility.
Pressure.
Quiet questions about what’s next.

This is a space to pause.
To have real conversations.
To experience coaching rather than just hear about it.

No fixing.

No pressure to share more than you want.

Just honest dialogue, grounded presence, and leadership that begins within.
