She wants everybody to be able to join in with this additional free video offer (if you are not able to come to downtown Seattle) so that everyone can benefit from the life-changing habit to practice mindful exercise for body and brain daily.All TaiChi styles are welcome!!!! Over the years we have been happy to meet practitioners of many different styles and have benefited from meeting them.
