Description: Harness Service Reliability Management (SRM) is the first solution to actively manage service level objectives (SLOs) in CI/CD pipelines that embed SLOs directly in the CI/CD pipeline itself. As a new module in the Harness software delivery platform, it helps DevOps teams ensure unreliable code doesn't get into production. When code is identified that needs to be fixed, it SRM automatically points developer teams right to the code in their git repo so they can fix it immediately and quickly at the source.

Harness SRM Solves the Problem of Balancing Velocity With Reliability by:

Automating the process of tracking service level indicators (SLIs), SLOs, and error budgets
Providing quality and reliability feedback at every stage of software development, with reliability checks such as error tracking and latency analysis.
