Hell no! I am not just following the same patterns!! I know it can be better, and so… I WILL DO BETTER.
and... You start showing up like the bad ass, courageous woman you are.

And here you are WITH ME reading and ready to look at yourself and all the shit that you are carrying around.
And so, from this place, we turn towards OUR inner light, towards our truth of who we really are, towards our MEDICINE... as we continue to overcome pains, beliefs, and patterns that are keeping us small, and we begin to sit and talk to ourself and get real about everything that has happened in our life in the lives before us, the generations inside of us.
It takes COURAGE, stamina, and epic levels of self-care, to step in to this ROOTED HEALING.

While you are here, remember, you are not alone on this journey.
Thousands if not millions of women are waking up, standing up, protesting the status quo, looking at their sexual traumas, expanding their awareness of internalized racism, privilege, and capitalism, and we are beginning to unwind the years and years of pain and suffering inside of us. The suffering has been entangled into our DNA and settled into the fascia.
It is a wild time to be a woman on this planet, to be awakening and walking this path of healing for the generations to come.
