Are you a fan of fermented foods? Or dishes that incorporate fermented ingredients? We will cover the fundamentals of fermentation and prepare 3 distinct ferments for you to take home. In addition we will enjoy a 3 course meal that utilizes each of the ferments to help learn how to use them in your every day cooking. Cheers!
