Harrogate 20s & 30s: The Very First Event

We're starting something new in Harrogate, and we'd love you to be part of it from the very beginning.
If you've been wanting to meet new people and make some proper friends locally, this is for you. No cliques, and no awkward "everyone already knows each other" vibes. It's our first night, so we're all turning up as strangers together. Please don't worry about coming on your own - genuinely, half the point is that nobody knows anyone yet.
The Plan (weather permitting)
- 8:00 PM — Rounders on The Stray
- We'll kick off with a friendly game of rounders. Haven't picked up a bat since Year 6? Perfect, neither have most of us. It's really just an excuse to laugh, mess about and get chatting.
- 6:00 PM - meet-up at The Empress
The Details
- When: Friday 19th June, from 6 PM
- Who: Anyone in their 20s or 30s who fancies being part of a new little community in Harrogate
- Rubbish weather? If it rains, we'll skip the rounders and just head to the pub a bit earlier for drinks and games before the match.
- Do I need to be sporty? Not even slightly. You don't need to be any good at rounders, and you don't need to know (or care) a single thing about the football.
- This whole thing is really just about good people and easy conversation. Come along and help us get it off the ground!
