Hi ladies! I know how hard it is to squeeze in a workout, so I am restarting a class specifically designed to be quick, effective, and fun. All fitness levels are welcome. It’s happening on Thursdays at 7pm, Harrow.
It’s going to be a great way to move, sweat, and have a bit of ‘me time.’ Let me know!
