Join us for the August 1st full lighting at Waterfire Providence. Below is a link to the website with info about the event.
Specific plan is still being determined;however, the tentative plan is:
Depart Hartford area 4:00 pm
Arrive Providence 6:00 pm-ish
Dinner 6:30pm
Time to explore the festival events and view the lighting: 7:30pm - 9:15pm-ish
(the lighting is at 8:00pm)
Depart Providence: 9:30pm
Return to Hartford: 11:30pm
If there is interest, carpooling can be arranged.
This will be my first time attending this event. I am researching to determine the best options for parking, etc.;however, if there is anyone that has attended previously and can share tips/insight, please feel free - input welcome and most helpful!
