Wadsworth Museum After Hours (First Thursdays): Caribbean Night

The theme for August's First Thursday at the Wadsworth Atheneum Museum is Caribbean Night.

Cash bar, nibbles, live music and more. Celebrate Caribbean culture with a lawn party! Bring a portable chair, vibe to island music, enjoy performances, face painting, dancing, and dominoes.

Take a tour of Yoruba World in The Amistad Center for Art & Culture and stay for a screening of Los Frikis at 8pm.
