The intro workshop / stress relief is a 2 hour FREE class.
In the intro workshop we share ways to decrease stress in the body. By decreasing stress, our bodies are in a better place for our immune system to do its job. Viruses and disease thrive in low vibrational energy aka STRESS. I share the 6 sacred practices to aid in whole body healing, backed by science. This is offered FREE via Zoom , 3 to 4 times a month. If your seeking ways to become more mindful, grounded, or have a specific issue of body ,mind, or spirit, this workshop is for you. It is the same workshop all 3 or 4 times, but the energy will be different every time, ( I do them live, no recordings) so feel free to attend as many times as you are led to.
