HashiCorp Terraform and Vault at Schiphol (ONSITE meeting)

Details

Hello Everybody,

We would like to welcome you to this first meetup of 2024!

This Meetup features three engaging presentations. To kick things off, Vincent Nuszbaum from Schiphol will deliver an insightful presentation on their use of HashiCorp Terraform within their organization. They will share their experiences on how this tool has aided them in automating and enhancing their infrastructure management. Participants will gain a unique perspective on the practical implementation of Terraform in a complex and dynamic airport environment.

Robert de Bock from Adfinis will deliver an engaging presentation titled "Dynamic Secrets with Vault", a short workshop to try Vault. Bring a laptop with an SSH client to participate.

The third presentation will be conducted by Mahil El Khatib from HashiCorp. During this session, HashiCorp will provide insights regarding the latest features of HashiCorp's Terraform and Vault.

Additionally, should there be sufficient time remaining, each participant will be given the chance to speak and contribute via an open mic session: the lightning talk. A lightning talk is a very short presentation lasting only a few minutes. Everybody has the opportunity to take the stage for a few minutes and talk about a particular subject that he/she wants to share or even wants some input on from the group. You can reserve your slot for a lightning talk by sending us an e-mail or writing your name down on the day of the Meetup itself.

This meetup is scheduled to take place at the Schiphol office in Amsterdam. The specific address will be provided to those who register. Complimentary food and beverages will be available, courtesy of Schiphol's generous hospitality. We extend our gratitude to Schiphol for hosting us!
