Jasper Woudenberg - Elm to Roc

I had the amazing opportunity to do functional programmer as a job, writing Elm at NoRedInk. While there I was part of the team that introduced Haskell as a backend language. I'll share some problems we ran into starting with Haskell, what it taught me about the slow adoption of FP in industry, and why I'm hopeful the Roc programming language will create a breakthrough.
