GHC is continuously gaining more features; and quite a few of these features are making it into the upcoming GHC 7.8 release. To enable you to make use of them once they come out, Francesco Mazzoli (https://github.com/bitonic) will give an overview of these new features and provide a gentle introduction to the most exciting ones.
