A 30 minute free to attend taster session for novices to learn basic GiCheon movements and stances. Including a warm up, gentle stretches and less demanding dynamic poses. Dress for comfort and mobility, as GiCheon requires a lot of bending of the joints. We aim to host these events regularly one Sunday per month, schedules permitting.
