Investor Adam Quinton, CEO of Lucas Point Ventures, breaks down the uncomfortable, but necessary, steps of getting a company ready for due diligence. He approaches the issue of "what to do" rather than a traditional checklist of steps "to do" and gives you tips and strategies to make the process as easy and painless as possible.

Adam Quinton the CEO of Lucas Point Ventures and a Board Member of Astia. He is an active investor in and advisor to early stage companies, sits on a number of for and not for profit Boards and is Adjunct Associate Professor at the School of International and Public Affairs, Columbia University.

He has over 25 years of investing and management experience most recently at Bank of America Merrill Lynch where he was Managing Director and head of Global Macro Research. He was a top ranked sell side investment analyst in the UK, Asia and the US.

Adam is a board member at Thrive Metrics, the Center for Talent Innovation and International House, New York. In addition he serves on the Advisory Board of leading Board and executive search firm RSR Partners.He is a member of the 2020 Women on Boards New York Steering Committee. A member of the Astia East Coast Advisory Board he is also a Mentor for the Women Innovate Mobile accelerator program.
