Hatha Prana Yoga is a combination of Pranayama, Asana and Yoga Nidra. The connection of breath and movement will strengthen leaving you refreshed, focused, and balanced. 

Yoga Nidra is a special relaxation technique which allows us to to access deeper levels of our unconscious mind which can be healing and extremely powerful to set and manifest our intentions.

These classes are suitable for all levels.
