This class is centered around mindfulness and connecting to ourself, and will challenge us within our limits. This is an all level class; I will offer diverse options to adjust to your goals and abilities.
We will start with our pranayama practice. This week, I will teach you the abdominal breathing and the nadi shodhana technique for balance and relaxation...
We will continue with the asana practice, which will be centered around grounding and hips opening.
Then, I will be facilitating a guided meditation about self-love...
