Let's enjoy this beautiful sun and connect to nature during this FREE outdoor yoga class!
This class is centered around mindfulness and connecting to ourself, and will challenge us within our limits. This is an all level class; I will offer diverse options to adjust to your goals and abilities.
We will start with our pranayama practice, and will continue with the asana practice, which will be centered around grounding and hips opening.
Then, I will be facilitating a guided meditation...
