Yoga as a path to inner strength and clarity

Yoga is never just for the body — this is practice of awareness, breath, and mind.

In our sessions, we approach asana (posture) not as a final goal, but as a tool for exploring and preparing the body, creating space in the joints, stability in the center, and calm in the mind. Every class is a combination of mobility, strength, breathwork (pranayama), and focused work with our attention.

🧘‍♀️ Classes are adapted to your level — whether you’re an absolute beginner or an experienced practitioner. You’ll receive detailed cues, physical and energetic adjustments, and moments of silence to allow for inner integration.

Some sessions will be more meditative — minimal words, intentional breathing, and movement as meditation. In some classes, we may breathe to a metronome to access deeper presence.

This is a space for those who want to train the body as a path to train the mind.

I also offer individual sessions, for those with specific needs or goals that require personal guidance.
