Join me for a morning Hatha yoga session in the peaceful surroundings of Parc de Sceaux - a moment to step out of the rush and come back to yourself through breath, movement, and presence.
My yoga journey began in 2017, when I started exploring yoga as more than physical exercise. Over the years, it became a path of grounding, awareness, and inner balance. In 2023, I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh, India, deepening both my practice and teaching.

A slow, mindful Hatha yoga session designed to:
- gently awaken the body
- release stress and tension
- build strength and mobility
- cultivate calm and presence
Open to all levels, including beginners.
