This session is an invitation to slow down and come back to your body in a simple and accessible way.
Many of us feel disconnected or unsure where to start - especially if yoga feels difficult or intimidating. This class is designed to be the opposite of that.
We move slowly, with guidance and awareness, allowing you to explore movement, breath, and sensation at your own pace.
No pressure, no performance, just a space to reconnect.

## 🌿 About me

My yoga journey started in 2017, when I began exploring yoga beyond just physical training.
In 2023, I completed my 200-hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh, India, and continued studying anatomy and biomechanics to better understand how the body moves.
I guide classes with a focus on clear structure, attention to breath, and offering variations so each person can adapt the practice to their own level.
