Gathering point:
Meet in the Randall's Shopping Center parking lot between La Madeleine and the Three B's Grill. Please park away from the businesses to leave the close spots for customers. Bathrooms are available at La Madeleine.

The Hike: We'll do a counter clockwise loop through some of the southern trails for this trail system that touch the West Fork of the San Jacinto River. There are no bathrooms along the hike. The path is paved and mostly shaded.

This hike has winding trails and many turns with short sight lines. It is easy to miss a turn and there is no practical way to keep a group together. Please save a copy of the map on your phone. You can use the Google or Apple Maps apps to find your way to the finish at Three B's Grill if you get separated.

Please use caution hiking in the summer. The heat index is regularly above 90°F before noon. Consider you heat tolerance and bring extra water. If you do get overheated or don't feel well, tell someone right away. We can help. Overheating can happen to anyone, stop walking if you don't feel well so it doesn't become something serious.
