The Hike:
The hike cover trails in several parks. We will start on the hike and bike trail around Marshal Lake, transition to a wooded trail across the HPE campus, follow the banks of Cypress Creek then join the Faulkey Gully hike and bike trail.
The trail is over various surfaces, paved, improved and native. The middle third is full sun. The first and last thirds will have some shade. The path is about half hike and bike trails, half on improved trails and stream banks. There are no bathrooms immediately along the trail.
The shape of the hike path makes a very compact route through this area.
