The Park:
The San Bernard NWR, Brazoria NWR and Big Boggy NWR comprise the Texas Mid-Coast complex. Combined with the other refuges along the Texas coast, these lands provide the most important migratory bird habitat in North America.

There is a one mile nature trail and a driving tour of the nearby Brazoria NWR. We won’t be doing it as a group because of the limited parking. If you are not joining HATs for an after hike lunch, this would be a great option to fill out the day.
