The Hike:
The hike is a 10.5 mile exploration of the levees that protect this area from the flooding of the Brazos River. Primarily along Steep Bank Creek, Flat Bank Creek and Snake Slough. We will reach a small park on the banks of the Brazos.

Meet in the parking area for the dog park. We should be obvious. There is no street parking on Creekstone Village Dr, if the parking lot is full use the other streets around the park. There are no bathrooms available here or immediately available along the hike route.
The Trail:
Primarily the typical mowed grass levee tops that we hike on in this area. A few hundred yards are knee high grass. A portion is a new paved hike and bike trail.
