There have been recent great improvements on the trail, underpasses eliminating street crossing on the south side, various benches, safety pedestrian crossing lights for in between major streets, etc.

Gathering Place: We'll meet in the parking lot at the easy to find Braeburn Glen Park.

The Hike: This hike is on the great Brays Bayou Greenway Trail that crosses most of the city. This is a paved hike and bike trail. This is a full sun hike.

For those newer to Houston. The Shamrock Hotel was once the premiere hotel in Houston. It closed and was demolished many years ago. The bar at the famous pub inside the hotel was dismantled and moved to this locations. Giving it the name.
