Join us for weekly dynamic Vinyasa yoga sessions led in English, and for your weekend boost with Hava Box—a unique combo of yoga and kickboxing.
Hava Yoga
Our breath-led Vinyasa practices are creative, fluid, and an invitation to meet and care for your own needs. Whether that means dialing things up or slowing down, roll out your mat, move your body, and tune into your breath. This is your time to recharge and connect.
Hava Box
A full-body workout that combines the mindfulness of yoga with the explosive energy of kickboxing. We begin with a 30-minute yoga practice to ground the body and mind, then it’s gloves on! Push yourself through dynamic kickboxing exercises, energize each other, and most importantly, have a blast doing it. This dynamic combination will boost you into your weekend!
All bodies, experience levels, and intentions are welcome at Hava classes.

Saturday Morning Mind & Body Boost! Yoga and Kickboxing in English

This is the ultimate endorphin boost and entry into the weekend.
Hava Box is a unique blend of yoga and kickboxing, designed to provide a full-body workout that combines the mindfulness of yoga with the explosive energy of kickboxing.
We start with a 30-minute yoga practice to ground ourselves and prepare the body and mind. Then, it's gloves on! We'll sweat, push each other in boxing exercises, and most importantly, have a blast doing it!
Hava box is led by world champion kickboxer Arnold Oborotov and Yoga teacher and dance artist, Ezgi Gungor. We welcome all levels of experience, especially if you have never tried either discipline. Come join us, we've got you covered!
