Join me in the park for dynamic Vinyasa Yoga sessions, guided in English.
Roll out your mat, move your body, and tune into your breath. This is your time to recharge and connect — with yourself, with nature, or with the new friend you’ve found sitting next to you.

All bodies, experience levels, and intentions are welcome. Simply bring your breath and come as you are.
