HU is a carrier of love between Soul and God. When sung or chanted with an open heart, it opens the lines of communication to the most sacred part of yourself. Look and listen for the love that returns to you. Singing HU is a simple yet profound exercise to expand your own God awareness.

Following 15 minutes of singing HU and a few minutes of quiet contemplation, you can join in relaxed spiritual conversations or simply listen to others during this Sound of Soul event.
