Haverhill Real Estate Guild Meetup

Greetings everyone,
This month at the Haverhill Real Estate Guild we will be discussing the leasing process. Specifically, there is a new law that is going into effect in Massachusetts on August 1st regarding tenant paid broker fees. In addition to this we will be discussing fair housing, marketing, tenant screening and overall best practices. As always, we will be discussing the state of the market and networking as well.
