Haverhill Real Estate Guild Meetup

Greetings everyone! This month we will be meeting at "Pinnacle at Harbor Place" which is located at 2 Merrimack St 3rd Floor Haverhill, MA 01830. There is parking available in the lot across the street and a little further up Merrimack Street as well. This is a professional coworking space and will allow for a quiet space for us to get together.
This month we have Doug Quattrochi from masslandlords.net coming to speak to the group. Doug will be discussing the upcoming rent control ballot initiative which would hamper Massachusetts landlords with the most restrictive rent control laws in the country. As landlords, it's imperative that we understand what is at stake and come out in strong opposition at the ballot box. I look forward to seeing everyone then!
