CALL FOR HAWAI‘I AI ARTISTS: Informational Event / Call
Details
The 2024 Art and AI Festival Hawai‘i will be held September 17-19 at the HPU ESports Arena and the surrounding HPU at Aloha Tower Marketplace. The Festival will be held in conjunction with Honolulu Tech Week. This meetup is an informational call for artists in Hawai‘i that would be interested to participate and want to know more.
***If you are not a creator working with AI in Hawai‘i, but know somebody on the islands that is or would be interested, could you kindly spread the word to them?***
We are still working on the specific location, but wanted to make sure to give as much notice as possible. There will also be a Zoom call so that creators from other islands can join. We would welcome submissions from Hawai‘i creators who:

* Incorporate AI into their creative process
* Explore themes related to AI technology and art
* Create works that comment on or are inspired by AI
