Like Github Copilot and a few other solutions, AI is baked into the heart of this IDE. Unlike all the others, the integration is just about pitch perfect.

Hawaii AI Lab is delighted to be returning to HPU ESports Arena for this event. It’s such a terrific venue, and we are so excited for you all to see it in action.

🤖 What We'll Build:
We’ll build a full-stack extension to the AI-powered Hawaii State HANDS database automation we demonstrated recently at our HAICIS talks. HANDS is the state contracts portal. This time, however, we’re getting serious:

• A Python/Flask backend for API and AI integration
• A JavaScript frontend for a sleek web interface

That’s right, we’ll be using AI to build an AI app. It’s robots all the way down! 🤖 🤖 🤖

🧠 What to Expect:

1. Rapid Development: Enjoy as we put Cursor's AI capabilities to the test in a live-coding situation! (Seriously, what are we thinking??)
2. AI-Assisted Programming Languages: Experience how Cursor predicts your next edit, allowing you to breeze through changes even in languages you might not be comfortable with.
3. Natural Language Editing: Learn to update entire scripts or functions using simple prompts.
4. And More: If we have time, we’ll talk a little bit about staging Cursor code and what AI-powered code means for CI/CD setups.
