Conscious investing is the next phase in evolution of investing. By infusing presence into the 'how' of the process of investing, we change the quality of our actions, and they become skillful action. This is combining 'being' with 'doing.'

The power of Conscious Investing is threefold: 1) Abundance -the practice of seeing the abundance that is already in your life in all its forms, is the foundation of allowing true abundance into your life. 2) Easing of stress from the natural ups and downs of the investing journey, as well as letting of FEAR that holds us back from wise action. 3) The true joy of life becomes available as a result.

I acquired 28 units in 2 years. I want to share not only investing strategies, but how I have been able to invest and become more present and mindful through the investing process, not less. 
I am a pediatric neurology doctor, working part time, which has allowed me the mind space to pursue investing actively. I was someone who didn’t want to look at my financial statements, student loans, or financial picture, period. I developed a passion for investing and learned that this is a skill, like any other. You are not born knowing how to invest. 
For those who are high earners, one can benefit drastically from real estate investing (rei). However there are other asset classes that can be even better. For instance, buying a single small business could potentially replace your income. 
Find out what Your best next step is. This is not about saying: do what I did. You need to do what is best suited to you. Together we will analyze that based on your personality and natural attributes, investing interests, risk tolerance, and much more. We will then match you with the investing approach best suited to you. 
A. In rei we will learn 1) from the multitude of approaches to rei, which one are you best suited for?
2) as a high earner the biggest expense you have may  not even be your personal residence,  it’s taxes. Learn how to minimize your taxes through rei 
3) learn how to find deals, analyze deals for one that best meets your needs, depending on your goal of cash flow versus appreciation.  Learn how to negotiate a deal. Learn from sometime who has had wins and losses. 
B. Are you looking for a career change?
We will determine how to best approach this, from an investing standpoint. We will discuss what steps you must  take before you quit your job. 
 
D. Apply wisdom to it all
Presence is meant to be practiced daily, from moment to moment. It is not a lofty goal for some far off time. You can only be present now.
All it takes is a single conscious breath.
This will also transform your approach to your main gig. So that instead of running away from something, you can enjoy what you are doing now, by changing the energy of how you approach the work you do. I want to share this approach to investing because in prioritizing Presence, my life has transformed
