Presence is meant to be applied. It is the one purpose that we all share, to awaken to the present moment, and be the awareness that hears the inner monologue, rather than being trapped by it.

Rough timeline:
We'll touch base on what presence means.
I may share about abundance and 'mindset.'
We'll share our challenges with being in the present moment, and practices that have worked well for us.
