Refresh, de-stress, and discover tools to care for your mind and body at our mindful movement class. This class is a combination of meridian stretching, yoga, mindful breathing, chakra healing, vibration training, meditation, and freestyle movement. Please bring a water bottle, a towel to lay down on, and wear comfortable clothes to exercise in. Fresh fruits and other light snacks will be provided. The physical training lasts between 75 min and 90 min, then there is time to enjoy snacks and camaraderie. The class is free with complimentary refreshments—suggested donation: $5.
