Description
Refresh, de-stress, and discover natural healing methods to care for your mind and body at our mindful movement class. This class is a combination of stretching, meridian tapping, mindful breathing, chakra healing, vibration training, meditation, and freestyle movement. Reconnect with your true essence and express yourself! Please bring a water bottle, a towel to lay down on, and wear comfortable clothes to exercise in. Grip socks are strongly recommended. The physical training lasts between 60 and 75 min., then there is time for snacks and camaraderie. The class is free with complimentary refreshments—suggested donation: $5.
