Get together with old friends and meet new ones, too!
For info, email: [info@vsh.org](mailto:info@vsh.org?subject=Info%20needed%20on%20next%20VSH%20potluck%20at%20Tzu%20Chi%20Hawaii) or [hawaiitzuchi@tzuchi.us](mailto:hawaiitzuchi@tzuchi.us).
Limited parking is available on-site; street parking in the neighborhood is also recommended.
If coming by bus, get off on Waialae Ave. near the street named Wilhelmina Rise, and walk uphill along Wilhelmina Rise until you get to the 5th property on your left.
When you arrive on campus, go to the dining room located in the building behind the main building.
Bring a vegan dish that is low in salt, sugar, and fat, avoiding processed foods, and sufficient to provide 24 or more small servings.

Place a list of all ingredients and/or the recipe with your name by your dish as soon as you arrive! This helps people with allergies and food sensitivities. If needed, use the provided pens and paper.
If your dish includes products (whether bought or gifted to you) with some/all unknown ingredients that you can't list, or which are non-vegan, such as dairy, eggs, or other animal-based foods, please don't bring it to this potluck.
Bring clean serving utensils and a serving container for each donated dish. If you're bringing soup, also get some cups or small bowls.

Please also bring your own eating utensils, dishware, and drinking cup (water and tea provided).
Please prepare, store, transport, and serve food with aloha and concern for everyone's health. Wash hands at sinks located outdoors and in the restroom next to the dining room (not in the Tzu Chi kitchen). To serve food, please use utensils and food service gloves (located in a box next to the main table); no bare hands.
Feel free to wear a mask when not eating. If you are ill, please prioritize your own health and the health of others by staying home this time.
Mahalo! We hope to see you soon!
