Our coalition of Ecstatic Dance evangelists knows the power of music & free-spirit movement to bring together & nourish our community. Community connect: 6:30 Yoga (most Fridays!) - Sunset is Ecstatic Dance unti 8:45 - 9:30 ~every Friday! Then Fire Spinning 9:30-10 & Jam Session if you bring it!

*EVERY FRIDAY NIGHT at SUNSET* & we have 5 awesome DJs who rotate bringing us their magic!
Location:
♫♫ ♡♫♫ We will be on the grass in the middle of Kapiolani Park, near the Waikiki Shell/west-end of the park. ~You may not see or hear hear us from the edge of the park, but have faith & keep walking . . . we will appear! ♫♫ ♡♫♫
ABOUT ECSTATIC DANCE:
To maintain a sacred space for movement & free expression we ask that you please follow these world-wide E~Dance guidelines:
-No talking on the dance floor.
-Scent-Free, Drug-Free, Smoke-Free, Alcohol-Free Environment
-No Photos or Videos, ~Cellphones quiet & out of sight
-Respect the space & each other
-Dance however you wish!
-Dance alone or with as many partners as you like--If you'd rather not dance with someone, thank them by placing your hands in prayer at your heart.

At the end of every dance, we convene for a closing circle to share our gratitudes . . .
FIRE JAM & AFTER JAM:
For after the dance, you are encouraged to bring your favorite fire flow toys, glow toys, and instruments for more creativity-expression & enjoyment!

1. Wear loose-fitting/ comfortable clothes that allow for free movement. Be sure to bring something warm as it gets cool as the sun goes down.
2. Bring Water to keep yourself hydrated.
3. Maybe a blanket in case you want to recline for the pan-drum meditation at the end . . .
4. Enjoy!
