Step out of hustle mode and start your morning with intention, movement, and connection.
In Balance, On Purpose is a two-hour Galentine’s wellness workshop designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and care for your mind, body, and spirit—together.
We’ll begin with a guided reflection and conversation on boundaries, self-love, and ambition led by Dayna Yogi, Certified Coach and founder of Life Work Shi. This session invites you to redefine success in a way that feels grounded, nourishing, and aligned.
From there, we’ll transition into a gentle, restorative movement session with Paulina Lawson, founder of Practice with Paulina. Expect slow, feel-good movement that helps release tension, restore balance, and leave you feeling supported in your body.
Each participant will also walk away with a thoughtful Valentine’s gift, curated as a small reminder to care for yourself long after the workshop ends.
