Okinawa Soba Waikiki (Mahalo Noodle)

Come support a new small Okinawan noodle shop at Eaton Square in Waikiki, just behind Foodland on Hobron Lane. The young owner and chef recently moved here from Japan, where he previously had a restaurant. I tried the Okinawan soba noodles and rice combo, and both were delicious and a great value. It is a one-man operation, so please be patient if there is a wait—we can socialize and meet new friends while the food is prepared. Seating is limited, but there are outdoor tables and several other food options nearby. You are welcome to join us even if you do not order, but purchasing something small would be a nice way to support this new business in Waikiki.
