Want to relax and feel re energised after a busy week end? Come and join us on Sunday, 31st May at 5pm for a relaxing and invigorating walk/workout in the sea to recharge for the week ahead in a friendly group ๐ŸŠโ€โ™€๏ธ๐ŸŒŠ. Without realizing you will strengthen your muscles and joints,๐Ÿ”ฅ some "fat". And unwind, we are going to our "Maldives"!
We'll start with a 5mn warm up on the shore and we'll gently ease into the sea.
Meet us, equipped with a wetsuit (a shorty at least) and a change of dry clothes.

As per the disclaimer, as the Sea commands, we might postpone depending on wind, sea condition, etc... but we should be fine as it will be near low tide.
