Entitlement/Development Strategies 101 when working with the City/County

Details
Starting at 9 due to 1st day of school for many.
What if we could have a variety of people with varying backgrounds and experiences representing both the private and public sector while sharing all the wisdom on the process of entitlements?
What if the this board of people comprised a past City Manager, past Asst. City Manager, past Director of Planning in multiple city offices and someone currently representing the private sector? Understanding the different perspectives and different roles at play while sitting in different seats is truly eye opening.
What if I told you on August 13th, you are getting all that in ONE person at our Hays County Commercial Meetup?
Shannon Mattingly, AICP (Planning Designation) Director of Land Use & Entitlements with Drenner Group, PC. Is coming to share her experiences and perspectives in the different roles.
How is Shannon all these things?
Shannon has been the City Manager at the City of Leander, Director of Planning & MPO Director in Belton, Director of Planning at the City of New Braunfels, Director of Planning and Development Services at the City of San Marcos and for the last two years on the private side as the Director of Land Use & Entitlements at Drenner Group.
These different perspectives are truly invaluable.
Don’t miss this in-person event, it won’t be recorded (because we just do that and we value in-person interaction).
Did we share the price? Free as always – this is all about being better together, building communities following the principle that your network is your net worth.
Developers, City Officials, Brokers, Bankers, Lawyers, Business Owners, Builders, Civil Engineers and Architects and vendors that support all the dreamers will be in attendance.
8:30 am – Buda Welcome Center and we end sharp at 9:30 but everyone is free to stay and network as long as they want.
Don’t miss this opportunity to hear the different perspectives, so together we can make those dreams work.
