Join us for our quarterly meetup — a welcoming room for Hays County’s commercial development community. This isn’t a lecture. It’s a structured, friendly format designed to help you meet the right people, share what you’re building, and leave with real next steps.

Our simple format (quick, friendly, and timed so everyone gets a turn):

• Who are you + your lane (developer / broker / investor / lender / city / vendor, etc.)
• Your #1 goal for Q1
• Your biggest bottleneck right now
• One Ask + one Offer (how the room can help, and how you can help others)
• AI (optional, one sentence): If you’re using AI, what are you using it for?

After everyone shares, we’ll transition into relaxed networking and introductions so you can connect with the people who match your goals and needs.

You’ll hear from — and connect with — a diverse mix of brokers, bankers, developers, city leaders, and business owners. This is a “better together” room.

Time + arrival:

8:30–9:30 AM. Doors open early so you can get settled and have some early conversations, and we can start on time — giving everyone space to share and still leaving time afterward for connections.
