Once a quarter, Hays County's commercial development community gathers for our Spotlight Meetup — a structured, friendly format designed to help you share what you're building, surface what's slowing you down, and make the right connections. Developers, brokers, investors, lenders, city leaders, vendors — all in one room, every seat matters.

The Format (quick, timed, and friendly)

• Who you are + your lane — developer / broker / investor / lender / city / vendor
• Your biggest bottleneck right now
• One Ask + One Offer — what you need from the room, and what you can give back
• AI check-in (optional) — one sentence on how you're using it, if you are

After everyone shares, we shift to open networking so you can find the people who match your goals.
