Looking for a fun, friendly, and completely free way to kick off your weekend? Welcome to Hays Farm parkrun!

Whether you are a seasoned marathoner, a casual jogger, a brisk walker, or just looking to get out and meet some fantastic local folks, this event is for you. parkrun isn't a high-pressure raceโ€”it is a community-driven, timed 5k where the main goal is to move together and have fun.

We meet every single Saturday morning, rain or shine, and we would love to have you join us!

โš ๏ธ Important: The "Barcode" Info (How to get your time!)
Please Read: While we use Meetup to connect with the local community, parkrun results are tracked through a global system. Participating is 100% free, but if you want an official timed result sent to your email after the finish line, you must register once before you come.

Sign up for free at parkrun.us/register
Print out your unique personal barcode, or pull up the digital version on your phone/smartwatch, or download the parkrun app
Bring it to the finish line to be scanned!

No barcode? No problem! You can still absolutely run or walk with us, you just won't get an official listed time in the results.

๐Ÿ’ฌ Quick FAQs
Can I walk? YES! In fact, we encourage it. We have a dedicated volunteer called the Tail Walker whose entire job is to finish dead last. You will never be left behind, and you will never be a bother.

Can I bring my dog? Yes! We love "parkpups." You are welcome to bring one dog on a short, handheld, non-extendable leash.

Can I bring a stroller? Absolutely. The course is stroller-friendly, so feel free to jog or walk with your little ones.
How much does it cost? Zero dollars. It is free every week, forever.

Can I volunteer? parkrun is 100% organized by volunteers from the local community. If youโ€™d rather help out, cheer people on, or hand out finish tokens instead of doing the 5k, send us a message! Weโ€™d love to have you on the crew.
See you Saturday morning! ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿ’จ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ
