What we’re about
We take over an amazing venue in London and get amazing people together, who just so happen to be single. No weird speed dating, no being asked what your favourite colour is, just fun people in a great venue.
And if you’ve been to a Haystack event before, you’ll also know there may or may not be some rouge surprises thrown in.

Ahead of the event we’ll send you a short form to understand a bit more about you, then on the evening we’ll get people together into small groups to chat over a drink. We take some of the logic the dating apps apps use, remove anything superficial and connect you based on common interests.
This is a small part of the night, we do it to give some warm intros and there’s still a lot of opportunity to meet everyone else in the room.
90% of people come alone (yes, most of our friends are also in IKEA with their fiancé’s on Friday evening) but we attract a great group of people so please never be wary of coming solo.

We’re taking over Sixes in London Bridge, the home of a great outdoor terrace, a very well stocked bar and some social cricket simulators.
For a part of the night, we’ll introduce you to a group of people to have a bat with that you have similar interests to (we’ll get a bit of info about you on the next page).
Not into cricket? We weren’t either, but we’ve spent an excessive amount of time on these simulators now and can confirm they’re great fun. You also don’t have to run anywhere and you can make other peoples settings harder without them knowing x

We’re taking over Bermondsey Bar and Kitchen (a massive pub garden, a 2 minute walk from London Bridge station).

We're all about making dating more fun, Try Tag Rugby are all about good times with new friends over a friendly game of sport. We think this is a match made in heaven...
Introducing our first ever Haystack Dating X Try Tag Rugby Sunday session where we'll be taking to Tooting Common to play some sport and finish with an all team social.
Sign up as an individual, tell us a little bit about yourself and we'll allocate you to a team of people with similar interests (everyone also just so happens to be single...).
You'll play a couple of friendly matches against other teams then grab a drink and bask in your athletic glory (...) with all the other teams.
Tag Rugby's an inclusive, non-contact sport and everyone is welcome. If you're new to the sport, don't worry, we'll be running a short intro session before the games kick off. If you're a pro, this is a great way to flex your talent in front of a massive group of other single people; you're welcome.We're excited to meet you on the pitch soon!
