Short, Easy Walk for a Hot August Day: Bobcat Trail at Haywood Community College

Details
Let's end this hot August month with a short, easy walk at Haywood Community College! Whether you bring someone or come alone, we are going to have a good time walking.
The Bobcat Trail is a simple loop around the campus. It is only 1.03 miles long, so we will be done fairly quickly. Join the group for a relatively short Sunday stroll.
As you enter the campus from Jones Cove Road, go to the first parking lot on the left. We will gather there and then head out.
Be sure to dress for the weather; consider a hat and sunscreen. I'm going to wear tennis shoes, unless it has rained a lot recently (in which case, I will wear light hiking boots). I plan to bring one walking stick, just in case. As always, you are urged to bring plenty of water and a protein snack. Dogs are welcome. Trail strollers should not have any problem. There are no bathrooms available on a Sunday afternoon, so take care of such needs before you arrive.
