Walk in Waynesville from Mast General to the Rec Center and Back

Meet at 2:00 in front of Mast General Store, 63 N. Main St., Waynesville NC 28786. The walk goes past public art, along the Waynesville Greenway, and more.
There are some hills, so some may want a walking pole; sneakers should be fine. Dogs are welcome. Strollers should be ok. Bring plenty of water and a protein snack. Dress appropriately for the weather.
Parking is easier a block to either side of Main Street. Mast General Store doesn't have a public restroom, but we can direct you to one nearby should you need it. There are one or two restrooms along the route.
