Event-Driven Microservices with Hazelcast: A Look at the Code
Details
This session continues where the architect session: “Building Event-Driven Microservices” left off. We will dive deeper into event-driven microservices with an example from the IoT space.
We’ll start with a review of the application architecture and a demonstration, and we’ll finish up by walking through the code.
Along the way, we will learn, in concrete, hands-on terms, how to implement high-performance, context-aware, stateful event-processing microservices with Hazelcast.
For our upcoming February Office Hours, we will cover:
- Recap principles of event-driven architecture
- Discussion of how the principles apply in the context of a specific example
- A short demonstration of event-driven microservice with Hazelcast
- Code walk-through
After a 45-minute talk, there’ll be a 15-minute Q&A, for which we encourage you to submit questions in advance. Please send your questions to [developer-relations@hazelcast.com](mailto:developer-relations@hazelcast.com) or send them to us directly here in the comments!
